Q: Any advice or tips for future Mrs.?
Spend time to thoroughly research all aspects of the wedding to create the vision you want. Once you have a clear vision it will make planning easier.
Q: What was the inspiration behind your wedding theme?
Santorini Greece is a beautiful destination wedding location. The blue water of the Aegean Sea and pretty white buildings naturally provide a romantic setting. Our colors were gold, navy and blush pink. We chose flowers with light hues to provide an elegant touch.
Q: Tell us your love story! Where & How did he propose?
Our love story began in January 2015 in San Diego, CA. On our first date Brandon took me out for ramen and takoyaki. Later that night Brandon set up a romantic bonfire on the beach with s’mores. We swapped stories and life anecdotes for the next few hours, some things became clear, we wanted wanted the same things in life and shared the same values. We hit it off and spent more time getting to know each other on fun dates and activities. The rest is history! The proposal happened on September 8, 2017. Brandon blind-folded me and brought me to a lake. He guided me down a path and told me to take the blind-fold off once I hear music. All of a sudden I heard the song “Will you Marry Me” by Jason Durulo. I took the blind-fold off and followed the path with scattered rose petals. There were signs hanging with sweet messages such as “Let’s plan our life together” leading to the dock. Brandon was waiting on the dock where there were more rose petals scattered as a shape of a big heart with tealight candles. He popped the questioned and I said “yes” of course. The sunset was so beautiful with pretty pink skies. Observers all around the lake clapped and cheered. It was truly one of the most magical moments.
Q: How would you define the message “Dare to Love”?
Do not be afraid to love someone. Dare to dream and dare yourself to have hopes and dreams.
Q: What was the best/most memorable part of the day?
The best part of the day was our First Look. We had so much fun walking around Santorini for our photos.
Q: What did you love most about your #Cocomelody dress (es)?
I loved the detail of my wedding dress and how perfectly it fits.
Q: What do you think about Cocomelody and the customer service?
Cocomelody has incredible service and they provided a fun experience every time I visited the show room in downtown Los Angeles.
