Q: Tell us your love story! Where & How did he propose?

We met when we were teenagers. I was 15 years old and my boyfriend was 17 when we started dating together on November 2, 2007 exactly. In May 2014, we bought our first house and moved in together. On the evening of February 20, 2017 when I entered the house, I saw a path of flowers and candles. My boyfriend then told me: “Follow the way and come and sit down”, that’s when I understood what was happening. He put one knee on the ground with a ring in his hand and said, “I want to spend the rest of my life with you, do you marry me?” Then I answered him by crying and bursting laughing: “Are you fooling me?” I could not believe it and my boyfriend said to me: Are you going to say yes? “So I jumped into my boyfriend’s arms and told him it’s sure it’s yes. He wanted to make his request alone in our house in too much artifice and I liked to live this moment in complete intimacy with him.

Q: How would you define the message “Dare to Love”?

Dare to love because it is the most beautiful feeling that can exist. We must trust each other, trust our partner and especially know how to forgive. When there is love, everything is possible.

Q: What was the inspiration behind your wedding theme?

We live in the countryside and we love everything that is rustic, wood, nature.

Q: Did you enjoy the wedding planning process? Why or why not?

I love organizing our wedding. I love doing a lot of DIY projects but I will not lie to you that it was not always easy with my boyfriend. I think women have to understand that the little things like the color of the flowers, the colors of the tablecloths do not matter to men very often, at least in my case. My boyfriend gave his opinion but he let me do everything. I found it hard at times but when I saw his eyes when he entered our wedding reception hall. I saw that he had just done all the work I did during my wedding. I work hard on every little detail but I am proud and I will start again tomorrow.

Q: What was the best/most memorable part of the day?

When my husband and I walked into our reception hall after the ceremony. When we saw our 150 standing guests screaming for joy, wow but what a dose of love. Having all the most important people in your life together is simply incredible and unthinkable. I’m so glad I could live this.

Q: What do you think about Cocomelody and the customer service?

As I ordered my dress on the internet, I talked for a long time with Cocomelody‘s advisors and they are amazing. I made my dress so I had to take my measurements and every day for 2 weeks I spoke with counselors. They helped me to take my measurements for example by sending me videos or photos to be certain that my dress makes me perfectly. I could not believe it and that is also why it reassured me to order my dress on the internet. Thank you for taking the time and for advising me, it is very appreciated.

Q: Any advice or tips for future Mrs.?

My advice for Mrs, enjoy every moment because the wedding day goes really fast. For the wedding dress, I know that some women prefer to change during the evening for a lighter dress. Well I tell them, you get married only once so keep this beautiful dress in which you got married until the last second because unfortunately you will have no other opportunity to put it back and the moment where you have to tighten it in its cover, you realize that it is already finished, so keep it!
