We were ever so impressed with Bonnie & David’s vintage wedding day and I think you will be too. Their nuptials took place on the 5th August 2017 in Anchor Village, Shippenville Pa, it was nice to have all the girls together at this special occasion, Bonnie’s sister did the makeup and dressing up for our #cocomelodybride which even didn’t in her to do list. We definitely blowing away by Bonnie’s ultra feminine bridal look in her dream lace mermaid gown, Wish Bonnie & David great happiness forever!

Q: Any advice or tips for future Mrs.?
Never to early to start planning, I made almost everything myself and people loved that I did. Set a budget and don’t overlooking buying used you can find great deals.
Q: What about your love story?
It was 1 in the morning Labor Day weekend I was working my second job as a bartender when my coworkers called me s told me to shut the place down and come out to where they were so at midnight I did I was only at the other bar which was extremely packed for 20 min when a guy got his car in a ditch in front of the bar. His buddies says they knew a guy with a truck and chain that could get him out but they had to go get him about 10 min later this hot guy in a hot truck pulled into the parking lot he asked if anyone was sober and I was elected by my friends he looked at me and said “can you drive a truck?” I said yes so he hooked up the chain and drive the truck and pulled the car up out of the ditch. I never got his name or saw him again till 3 months later when he randomly came into the bar that I was working nights as I had no idea who he was until he said “you don’t know me to do you” I said no why should I he said yes you drove my truck and well the rest is history.
Q: What was the inspiration behind your wedding theme?
I love redoing furniture with chalk paint and I love lace as well. I like the rustic look.
Q: Did you enjoy the wedding planning process? Why or why not?
Yes, I loved every minute of it. The end result was great I had so many compliments and I made most everything which made me feel great, you just need to plan early. I found myself working at my wedding every night when I got home from work.
Q: What was the best/most memorable part of the day?
Getting ready, was nice to have all the girls together as we don’t normally have both families like that getting ready and I don’t ever get that dressed up makeup is never on my to do list so my sister who is into that did it all for me it was a special moment.
Q: What did you love most about your #Cocomelody dress?
My wedding dress was perfect for my figure. The lace and quality were just as good as David’s bridal and the price point were great. I loved the vintage and it was not like any dress in the store. I can not justify spending 1000 on a dress that I knew was going to drag in the ground in the first 5 minutes I had it on.
Q: What do you think about Cocomelody?
Cocomelody is an amazing company I had an issue with the size two weeks before and you all took my calls and made it happen I live way on the other side of the country and your guy Ty called me from his personal cell phone to make sure all was well!!!! Amazing to say the least, I can’t thank you all enough!!
