Juli & Albert tied the knot at a house in Woodland Hills, California. The reception area was beautifully lit with stringed bistro lights which created a soft glow throughout the evening. They also accented their tables with tea light votives and wooden lanterns filled with fairy lights, moss and a single sola rose. A very dreamy fairytale wedding!

Q: Any advice or tips for future Mrs.?
The wedding world is over saturated with so much elegant, over the top receptions, ceremonies, floral arrangements and over produced photoshoots of “weddings”. It’s very easy to get disappointed in what you have envisioned, simply because it doesn’t look like the photos you see on IG or magazines. Just relax, make sure everyone has a place to sit, food to eat and something to drink and music to dance to. As long as you have your closet friends, family and loved ones, everything will be golden. Also, you don’t need bridesmaids or groomsmen. We didn’t have a bridal party and it was the smartest decision we ever made.
Q: What about your love story?
I met my husband in college, we survived growing up together in our 20s and were each other’s favorite person to do anything with. 11 years later, he proposed, 12 years later we are married. It’s been the fasted decade ever, but I am so glad to call him my best friend and now, my husband.
Q: What inspired your wedding wedding theme?
What inspired our wedding theme was our love of nature and fairy lights. We always enjoy dining outside and love the warm glow of fairy lights. We also really love disney and figured we can add some little fairytale like elements without going over board and making it look like a child’s birthday party. We wanted a subtle, romantic, rustic, relaxed fairytale like vibe.
Q: What was the best/most memorable part of the day?
The most memorable part of my day was the ceremony. We didn’t have a rehearsal dinner at all, since we didn’t have a bridal party. Since we didn’t rehearse it made our ceremony very candid, relaxed, funny and perfectly imperfect. It lightened the mood so much after we had a few laughs.
Q: What did you love most about your custom #Cocomelody dress?
What I loved most about my Cocomelody dress, besides the amazing price, was the ability to change the color and some of the detailing of the dress. It gave me the freedom to make something personal and unique to fit my style. In a world of white, champagne, ivory wedding dresses, I loved standing out in my blush gown.
Q: What do you think about Cocomelody and the customer service?
The customer service at the Cocomelody boutique in Los Angeles was great! Puey really listened to what I was interested and gave his sound advice on what would look best, such as the shade of pink or what bustle would look best and what would drape best on my body shape. I initially went in looking for an A-line silhouette but ended up walking out with a mermaid style silhouette. I would highly recommend any bride to check out Cocomelody because the great experience I had choosing the dress for one of the biggest days of my life!
