Any advice or tips for future Mrs.?
Listen to your gut! Do what you and your partner want 100% and don’t waste your time making anyone else happy. It’s your day. Not anyone else’s.
What was the inspiration behind your wedding theme?
Vintage, gothic, unique, moody but also timeless.
Tell us your love story!
We met on Tinder! It just so happened after we matched on Tinder and spoke a little through the app we worked out we had a mutual friend. That friend happened to be drinking at Peter’s house one night and invited me along. I went thinking worst case I will be able to catch up with my friend. After a few hours of Peter barely talking to me I thought he didn’t want anything to do with me after that. I left and that was that. I woke up the next morning to about 10 text messages from Peter apologising for not talking because he was so nervous. We met back up a few days later and that was it. We have been inseparable ever since.
The best/most memorable part of the day?
Honestly the whole thing. We did our pictures before our ceremony. We walked down the aisle together. Had our short but sweet hand fasting ceremony and then had a small 2 hours drinks and nibble reception. Our wedding wasn’t the big traditional day but it was perfect for us.
Where did you hear/find Cocomelody :
I was trying to find a black dress which was virtually impossible in Australia. I was googling when I stubbled across Cocomelody.
What did you love most about your Cocomelody dress?
How well made the dress was. I had ordered it in the size I was at the time of ordering (which was prefect) but I did have to alter it a few weeks out from the wedding because I had lost weight. I was so surprised the detail of the structure. I did take all of the tuile out of the skirt and had to take the whole bodice in 3.5 inches. Because the garment was incredibly well made it made my alterations so easy to do.
What do you think about Cocomelody?
It’s amazing !! I will be purchasing from you again.
