Any advice or tips for future Mrs.?

Do whatever is special to y’all. To us that meant having a intimate wedding with a few family members. Also, having the reception at a restaurant allows guest to be able to order what they want and have free live entertainment. Our goal was stress free, have fun and enjoy our day.

What was the inspiration behind your wedding theme?

I wanted a southern belle wedding. What is more southern than Charleston, SC. It was an simple intimate wedding with family so the beautiful oak trees and gardens at Magnolia Plantation were the perfect back drop.

Tell us your love story!

After a few Facebook messages in 2016 we went on our first date. We hit it off from the beginning. We got engaged on the beautiful beaches in Cozumel, Mexico. We didn’t want to rush things and let our relationship blossom over the years. Five years later, we finally decided to tie the knot. We knew we wanted to have a destination wedding, the first place we thought of was Charleston, SC.

The best/most memorable part of the day?

Since it was just a family wedding, we were able to enjoy a stress free day. We had a short wedding under the Angel Oak Tree at Magnolia Plantation. Then we were able to go to the coolest reception place called Saltwater cowboy. We sat outside and listened to live music and watched the boats go by.

Where did you hear/find CocoMelody :

Google. I was looking for somewhere I could try on the dresses on at home. I started searching google, they popped up and I instantly fell in love with the dresses. When I tried on my dress, I knew it was the one. The quality of the dress was immaculate.

What did you love most about your CocoMelody dress?

I love that the dress wasn’t just one layer. It had three layers, champagne layer, tulle layer and a beaded layer. This allowed for movement of the dress and made for very flattering photo angles. The beading details along with the sequin layer made the dress shimmer in the sun.

What do you think about CocoMelody?

Ordering your wedding dress online is terrifying. They are wonderful to work with. Being able to try the dress on at home before ordering was amazing. They answered all my questions and delivered the exact dress as pictured. They went above and beyond my expectations.
