One of the best-dressed stars of the night was definitely Moonlight actress Naomie Harris. Clad in Calvin Klein By Appointment, her white strapless sequin dress was the perfect fusion of femininity and edgy through its sweetheart neckline and squared long train. She finished off her look with yellow suede heels from Calvin Klein.

Chrissy Teigen looked like a modern-day Greek goddess in her white and gold embellished gown. Designed by Zuhair Murad, the dress featured a semi-sheer bodice with a beaded gold belt, a thigh-high slit, and a dramatic floor-length cape that flowed beautifully behind her.

Hidden Figures star Octavia Spencer turned heads in her custom Marchesa silver gown. Her ethereal look was thanks to an off-shoulder boat neckline, a ruched bodice, and a ball gown skirt covered in ostrich feathers and crystal embellishment.

French actress Isabelle Huppert has become a style icon in her own right and her Oscars dress proved why she earned those style credentials. Dressed in custom Armani Privé, her pale pink gown was studded with Swarovski crystals and a fitted waist belt.

Scandal star Darby Stanchfield wowed in a white gown by Georges Chakra. Featuring a sheath silhouette with a gauzy textured bottom, she finished off her all-white look with turquoise chandelier earrings by Neil Lane.
