What was the inspiration behind your wedding theme:
We enjoy nature and hiking so we knew we wanted our elopement to be somewhere beautiful. We were originally supposed to marry out in Washington state in mount rainier NP… but covid happened so we stayed put in Ohio last minute!
Tell us your love story! Where & How did he propose?
We started dating in the fall of 2012, fast forward to fall of 2019… we were renting a cabin with our two dogs down in hocking hills. It was a perfect fall weekend. Cold. Rainy. All the beautiful colors!! We went on a hike on one of our favorite trails, where he decided to get down on one knee. I wish i could go back and relive that moment because I’m pretty sure i blacked out haha.
What was the best/most memorable part of the day?
Omg the whole morning was perfection! We lucked out on the weather, it was suppose to be raining and super cloudy. The rain was no where to be found, and it was beautiful and bright! No clouds. We got married at 7:30am in the woods and cut our cake by 9:30am with our four friends who were invited to celebrate with us.
Where did you hear/find CocoMelody :
Luckily cocomelody popped up in my feed on Instagram. A year before Jeremy proposed! I instantly fell in love and made sure to save the website so i could use it in the future!
