Q: Any advice or tips for future Mrs.?
Don’t stress about the little things. No matter what goes wrong everything all falls into place eventually and nothing else matters.
Q: What about your love story? And where did he propose?
We were best friends for 5 years but always ‘secretly’ loved each other. I kept putting off a relationship for fear of losing our friendship but Stewart (my husband) didn’t give up and eventually, I said yes to being his girlfriend.
When he proposed he had planned a weekend away in Bendigo (where is a family is located) and proposed to me in the gardens where a school orchestra was playing underneath the fairy light vines.
Q: What was the inspiration behind your wedding theme?
American style- vintage and rustic theme.
Q: Did you enjoy the wedding planning process? Why or why not?
Yes and no. I loved the DIY aspects I did on the day and lead up to the wedding but hated some of the stress that wedding planning comes with!
Q: What was your hubby’s reaction when he first saw you on your big day?
We stayed away from each other the night before the wedding. When he saw me he smiled and started tearing up. So beautiful.
Q: What did you love most about your #Cocomelody dress?
The beautiful lace detail and the sparkling glow it had. My dreams of being a princess were made a reality!
