Any advice or tips for future Mrs.?
Figure out your top wedding priorities as a couple, and focus your energy on those items only. They are what makes your wedding uniquely yours. Everything else will work itself out- don’t sweat the small stuff.
What was the inspiration behind your wedding theme？
We met on a Disney site and wanted to showcase our mutual love of the magic and imagination found within the Disney universe. We loved the natural beauty of our venue and wanted to showcase our unique style with touches of Disney in our music, decor, and small details.
Tell us your love story!
We met online on a Disney site- MouseMingle. We chatted for a few weeks before meeting up. At our first lunch date we bonded over our mutual love of Disney and running. We quickly found out we had been at several of the same races and events at the same time, we had just never managed to meet each other. It felt meant to be from the very beginning! When Matt’s proposal at Walt Disney World was foiled due to Covid-19, he quickly pivoted and dressed up to take me out to a picnic in our favorite park. When he proposed there I was completely surprised and I now get flutters in my stomach every time I take a stroll through the park.
The best/most memorable part of the day?
We wrote our customized ceremony together and included a ring warming ceremony. Early in the ceremony, we passed our rings through our guests for them to bless and “Warm” them with well wishes for our marriage. When we exchanged rings later in the ceremony, the love from our closest friends and family was palpable.

What did you love most about your CocoMelody dress？
I loved the sparkle tulle layer in the skirt of my ballgown. It really upped the princess factor and made the dress feel so magical!
