Q: Any advice or tips for future Mrs.?
Take the whole day in, as it goes so very fast I wish we could do it all over again.
Q: How did you meet? And where did he propose?
We met through my dad. They work together driving trucks. Doug had seen me around but I had never noticed him. I got his number out of Dad’s phone one night and it all started from there. He proposed at a caravan park in Forster at Christmas 2015. It was a bit of a mission though because he forgot the ring so my brother had to bring it over on Christmas Day.
Q: What was the inspiration behind your wedding theme?
I love fairy lights and babies breath. And also Pinterest gives out a heap of rustic wedding ideas.
Q: Did you enjoy the wedding planning process? Why or why not?
I love the planning, it was so much fun. Just exciting to see it all come together in the end.
Q: What was your hubby’s reaction when he first saw you on your big day?
Well he first saw our daughter and he was a blubbering mess when I saw him.
Q: What did you love most about your #Cocomelody dress?
I loved that it was exactly the same as what I was looking for in the wedding stores in Newcastle and the price was great! The sleeve was perfect everything about my wedding dress was perfect.
Q: What do you think about Cocomelody and the customer service?
I give Cocomelody a 20 out of 10, their customer service is more than what you expect it’s just great to have such an amazing team to be able to be there and ask questions too.
