Q: Any advice or tips for future Mrs.?
My advice for future Mrs is to be organised prepare in advance and just have fun.
Q: How did you meet? And where did he propose?
We met through family members and exchanged numbers over a set of bunk beds Carey needed for his Kids. Met up one day and pretty much never been apart since. He proposed to me while camping on Christmas day. He had taken his boys to help choose my ring which I thought was quite sweet.
Q:What location did you pick to have your wedding and why did you choose this place?
Wedding Location was Rossburn Receptions in Rangiora. We wanted this venue as it was close to home and had a playground for the kids and also a vintage museum which all our friends and family is interested in. We wanted to have a venue where we could have it all at the one place and was pretty much child proof haha.
Q: Did you enjoy the wedding planning process? Why or why not?
I totally loved planning my wedding. I love to get creative. Started gathering and planning about a year ago. I fell pregnant in between times so glad I got started early. My son was 6months old on my wedding day! I made our invitations and bouquets and all the table arrangements also.
Q: What was the best/most memorable part of the day?
Best part of my day was watching my maid of honour pulling my son up the aisle in front of me in his wee cart. Was my wee surprise for the hubby. He had no idea! He loved it and was soo cute.
Q: Why did you choose #Cocomelody for your bridesmaids?
I had seen Cocomelody pop up on Facebook. The blue ombre just kept coming up…. I just had to have them. I viewed the same dresses in a shop here in Christchurch and they were triple the price. The girls had tried them on. Looked more into Cocomelody and was sop easy to deal with.

Very fast replies and arrived within 2 weeks which is super fast. My bridesmaids said the dresses felt 10x better than the ones tried on in the shop. They all love those gorgeous bridesmaid dresses. I’m so happy with them they looked amazing on the day. Your service is excellent. So Thank you!
