Q: Any advice or tips for future Mrs.?

Q: What was the inspiration behind your wedding theme?
Our wedding was first scheduled for December 2017. My initial theme was completely different. Unfortunately, my family and myself were flooded and lost a lot during Hurricane Harvey. Our wedding had to be postponed. We decided that summer time would be a better fit. The theme was something that would be easy to accomplish and still look elegant.
Q: Tell us your love story! Where & How did he propose?
Erwin and I first met online and we carried a friendship for several months before we started dating. We dated for seven year. The proposal was just us doing what we love! One of the things we look forward to the most and enjoy are our mornings while drinking coffee. My husband proposed to me before heading to work and asked me to watch every sunrise with him.
Q: How would you define the message ” Dare to Love”?
Willing to take risk! You never know what you’ll discover!
Q: Did you enjoy the wedding planning process? Why or why not?
I honestly was the uninvolved bride. I struggled with getting excited since we were trying to recover from Hurricane Harvey. My work is also very demanding. So moving our wedding to the summer was ideal since I’m a teacher. I was lucky to have the help of a wedding coordinator. I enjoyed the process much more the two months prior to our wedding.
Q: What was your hubby’s reaction when he first saw you on your big day?
My husband told several times how beautiful I looked. He said that my dress moved with me beautifully.
Q: What did you love most about your #CocoMelody dress (es)?
CocoMelody allows brides to get everything they want. I had a very specific dress in mind that I knew would be flattering on me and that I would be comfortable in. The local bridal shops didn’t have what I wanted – they had bits and pieces in several wedding dress that liked. With CocoMelody, I got it all in one dress.
