The most important thing in ANY relationship is communication!
Q: What about your love story? And where did he propose?
We met in a bar, he courted me like a lovely gentleman, and after almost 5 years together, while we were on holiday in Gold Coast Australia, on my birthday, he surprised me with a trip in a helicopter and then gave me an even bigger surprise by having “Marry Me, Dawn?” Written in the sand – of course, I said yes!
Q: What was the inspiration behind your wedding theme?
the inspiration was a bright and happy day! I went with a pastel color palette of sunny yellow and pale blue and gold and I went from there!
Q: Did you enjoy the wedding planning process? Why or why not?
I enjoyed most of the planning! Although the last week I had a lot of things to do!!!! My advice For someone planning their own wedding is don’t go crazy overboard, just stick to simple details and things you will love!
Q: What was your hubby’s reaction when he first saw you on your big day?
He got a bit emotional!

The color and the lace detail for sure! Everyone kept saying just how amazing my wedding dress was on me!!!!
