Real Wedding: Emma & Mitchell

New Zealand Weddings Real Weddings | By:cocomelody

Emma & Mitchell held an elegant Disney-themed wedding at the Landing in Masterton, New Zealand. It is a beautiful garden wedding filled with dreamy details (with the invitations in Disney writing and the tables’ names were about Disney films). Wish this lovely couple a life time happiness!

Q: Any advice or tips for future Mrs.?

Best advice i got as hard as it was to accept is that you cannot please everyone. At the end of the day, it is about the bride and groom declaring their love, it is a day not how you mother or friend wants the wedding to be like. it is about you two, so make it follow your heart, The guest list was the hardest to do as there could be a lot of people you might want to avoid a good trick i used was this link wedding.

Q: Can you tell us your love story? Where & How did he propose?

Mitchell and I went to school together, then we started dating when it was his first year out of school. He proposed twice to me and i said yes to both times, but the first time he got on one leg was not how he planned as i thought he was going to break up with me, since he was being weird for about a month. How he did it was just in the hallway at our house and sent a lot of nice things, of course i cried and said yes. The second time he proposed was on the Rimutaka hill in New Zealand where it looks at my favorite view of Featherston where we live it was so nice of him to that since i said that i would love a romantic propose, but i still love the first proposal just as much as the second.

Q: What was the inspiration behind your wedding theme?

We both grow up with watching Disney films and have carried that into our adult life. we love watching Disney movies together, sometimes go to the pictures and watch the new Disney films and we will be the only adults there without children.

Q: Did you enjoy the wedding planning process? Why or why not?

I loved planning our wedding it was so much fun picking and designing the wedding of our dreams..I was upset after the wedding finished it, I didn’t know what to do with myself.

Q: What was the best/most memorable part of the day?

Seeing all our families talking together and having a fantastic time. Seeing Mitchell saw me for the first time was so special.

Q: What was your hubby’s reaction when he first saw you on your big day?

Mitchell had the biggest smile on his face. he looked so happy that made me feel so special and a princess i also wanted to feel like. we didn’t cry as we could not stop smiling at each other.

Q: What did you love most about your #Cocomelody dress?

I loved how my wedding dress fitted me without trying it on first. i got it custom made which i felt more comfortable doing as i knew/ hoped it would fit. the material was amazing and did not look or feel cheap. the detail was amazing on the dress. it was the perfect colour for my skin tone and perfect length for my height.

Q: What do you think about Cocomelody and the customer service?

I would 100% recommend Cocomelody, the custom service was so good, they always helped me find what i wanted, and the layout of the website is so easy to go through, and i love how their sizing is very suitable so any women could find their dress.
