Q: Any advice or tips for future Mrs.?
Get yourself a day of coordinator! My Coordinator, Dianne made life so much easier for me on the day of my wedding. Your mind will be all over the place on your wedding day. TRUST ME. Invest in a day of coordinator or have a friend who you know and trust will be on top of everything.
Q: What was the inspiration behind your wedding theme?
My husband and I love the industrial look. Our current home is very much industrial and we wanted to continue to play off that same vibe.
Q: Tell us your love story! Where & How did he propose?
My Husband and I met via Instagram back in March 2013. We were both college students at the time attending different schools in Orange County. One day he started following me on Instagram, and I ended up following him back because I liked the artwork he posted. After a few back and forth comments and likes I inquired with him about a doing custom woodburn phone case for me. From there he gave me his number and that same day I texted him about buying a phone case but we ended up talking the entire night about everything other than the phone case. 1 month later into dating he finally makes me my phone case and 5 years later he proposes to me in late January 2018 at the LA Arboretum. We now own our own business together selling his artwork and traveling across the country.
Q: How would you define the message “Dare to Love”?
I would define Dare to Love as making yourself vulnerable to loving others and loving yourself for who you are.
Q: What was the best/most memorable part of the day?
Walking down the aisle seeing all my friends, family, and the love of my life in one space together to witness our marriage.
Q: What did you love most about your #CocoMelody dress (es)?
The back is GORGEOUS! The simple material and details made my wedding dress very sophisticated and it fits me like a glove.
Q: What do you think about CocoMelody and the customer service?
I love the showroom in LA. The lighting is perfect and feels so open. The gowns are well made and at such an affordable price. Ever since I’ve been suggesting CocoMelody to all my future brides to be!
