Q: Best wedding planning advice?
Do not get stuck on the little details whilst planning your wedding. As much as they may seem significant, on the day all you are going to care about is marrying the love of your life & celebrating with family and friends.
Q: Tell us your love story!
We met at the end of a Sunday night service at Riverview Church. We had both attended several years but by chance had never met. We went on 4 dates in the first week and have been inseparable ever since! 8 months into the relationship we went on holiday to America and Luke propsed at Wormsloe Plantation in Savannah, GA! We were married 8 months later!
Q: Did you have a particular theme or color scheme? Is there a story behind this color theme and why you chose it?
We both love the colour blue and wanted the colours of our wedding to match the native landscape of country WA. The light blue Cocomelody bridesmaids dresses stood out and looked amazing on our ladies!
Q: Most memorable moment on your big day?
The most memorable moment from our wedding day was saying I do and walking back down the aisle, hand in hand as a married couple. I don’t think reality set in until we had our wedding photos taken together in a field with only us and the two photographers there. In the quiet, away from everyone, we got to celebrate being married before heading into the reception.
Q: Why did you choose Cocomelody for your bridesmaids & wedding dress?
Right when we got engaged, I looked at dresses on Pinterest and saw 2 Cocomelody dresses. I fell in love with them and after spending several weeks looking in stores, I knew that I wanted one of those two dresses! I picked one and added the sweet heart neckline and thin lace straps of the other.
Q: What did you love most about your #Cocomelody dress?
I adore my wedding dress. I was looking for something with soft lace, a detailed train and comfortable material. My Cocomelody wedding dress met that requirement and I wore it for 10+ plus hours in complete comfort.
Q: What do you think about Cocomelody?
Cocomelody gave me the dress of my dreams at an extremely reasonable price! When I told friends the price they were amazed. Yes, there were a few small sizing hiccups to one of my bridesmaid dresses & my dress but I was refunded both custom fees and I found a local seamstress who easily fixed these issues. The service was better than I was expecting and the quality of the dress far exceeded my expectations. I will be recommending Cocomelody to any of my engaged friends!
