Q: Any advice or tips for future Mrs.?

It is so easy to get caught up in the “what ifs”, just enjoy your day because it goes by fast! Also your vendors are your life line! Having good vendors is what is going to make your day go the smoothest.

Q: What was the inspiration behind your wedding theme?

I wanted a beach wedding without the typical sand and starfish centerpieces. I love all things eucalyptus & of course succulents. & after looking at about a million pictures on interest I just put together my favorite ideas and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

Q: Tell us your love story! Where & How did he propose?

We met at work! We worked for a propane company but in different divisions. I answered the phone one day and Josh was calling to pay his bill, when he gave me his card number we joked about me writing it down to buy some shoes, little did he know he’d be buying me shoes for life! We had been hanging out for about a month and some of the people from our office were going down to OBX for the annual St. Patrick’s Day parade, so we tagged along and that weekend was the weekend I knew he was the one! Two years later, we were at the same beach watching the sunrise and he asked me to marry him! A little over a year later we were married in that spot!

I couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

Q: How would you define the message “Dare to Love”?

To me, ‘Dare to Love’ means giving all of you and accepting all of them- the good, the ugly, the fun and the sad.

Q: What was the best/most memorable part of the day?

At one point during our ceremony, Josh’s niece, who was our flower girl was tapping me on the side and I turned around to her giving me a thumbs up and telling me she liked my dress- sweetest. thing. ever.

Q: What did you love most about your #CocoMelody dress (es)?

Literally everything! The quality of the wedding dress was beyond what the price point was!

I would & have recommended CocoMelody to so many brides, the options are endless!
