Nicole & Matt tied the knot on Jan. 7th 2020 at the Orange Hill Beach, Nassau. And Nassau is where Matt proposed to Nicole, and that is why they decided to come full circle and bring all their family and friends to the island to get married. Q: Any advice or tips for future Mrs.?
We were very go with the flow, so I chose a cruise wedding package! It was so much less stressful. I just showed up and got married!
Q: What was the inspiration behind your wedding theme?
He proposed to me during our first cruise vacation in Nassau, so we decided to come full circle and bring all our family and friends to the island to get married.
Q: Tell us your love story! Where & How did he propose?
We met in college in 2010, in our early 20s. We moved to California and back, were broke, went through a lot of hardship, and after a few years went our separate ways. I decided to move to Florida on my own, for a fresh start. After a few years of being separated we reconnected, older and wiser and ready to try again. Our love has been stronger than ever since then, and he proposed in 2017. Even after all these years, I feel like our love story is just beginning.
Q: What was the best/most memorable part of the day?
Every part! It was all a blur.
Q: What did you love most about your Cocomelody dress?
I felt like a princess. So many compliments! Strangers wanted pictures! It was amazing.
