Due to high demand, our dress production time will be increased starting from December 6th, 2020;
We process all orders in the most time-efficient way possible, but please note that there will be processing delays in production during peak season (January – June).
Production time does not include ship time. Shipping can take 3-10 business days subject to the shipping method.
We will also be adding dresses to our “Ready to Ship” section to help alleviate the high demand, but keep in mind that availability is limited and there is no guarantee that we will have the exact style, size, or color you need. If you cannot find an item in the “Ready to Ship” section, it means we do not have one at this time.
The production time of Wedding Dresses will be prolonged by about 4 weeks starting from 6th December 2020 PST. Rush order service will not be available then. Previous orders confirmed before the production update date shall follow the original turnaround time.

Please note that the production time will be subject to the longest item if the orders contain different items.
In order to maintain reasonable prices and stay friendly to the environment, we make all of our dresses to order. This means it takes time to have your dresses made and then 3-10 business days to have it shipped out to you. Because of this, we recommend placing your order at least 4 months before you need it.
We want to make sure you have a beautiful dress that fits wonderfully and we want to make sure we have time to make that happen for you! We are all working as hard as we can to get your order out to you as soon as possible. At the same time, we must remain ethical and pay high attention to quality – we aren’t miracle workers, and we are only human.
