Q: Best wedding planning advice:

Remember to take some time out to sit back with your husband and soak it all in. Also if you can afford it hire a decorator, that way you are not having to stress or get family and friends to decorate.

Q: What was the inspiration behind your wedding theme:

We have been dating for 13 years and have always loved the Hervey Range Heritage Tearooms, so we knew the venue. It is a country venue which worked in well because I knew I wanted to wear cowboy boots under my dress. We also had a 1:24 scale “General Lee’car from the Dukes Of Hazards as the centerpiece on the Bridal table.

Q: Tell us your love story:

We 1st met when I started working in the same place as Scott. We went on our 1st date a year later to the movies to see “Dukes Of Hazards” We got engaged while we were on holidays at Uluru Australia. We were taking sunrise photos and it was freezing cold. We were married exactly 13 years to the day of our very first date.

Q: How would you define the message “Dare to Love”:

Dare to love your partner as you would like to be loved yourself.

Q: The best/most memorable part of the day:

I really can’t pick out the best moment as there were so many moments that are best for the own reasons. One that really sticks out to me at this moment is while having the Daddy/Daughter dance I was so overcome by the emotions of the whole day that I cried into my dads should the whole time dancing.

Q: What did you love most about your #Cocomelody dress (es):

I loved everything about my wedding dress. From the lace detail to the weight of my dress. The lace covered my back which was a must for me. I was so comfortable all day long.

Q: What do you think about Cocomelody

The service I received from start to finish was amazing. Always friendly and helpful. Cocomelody, thank you so much for helping my dream come true.
