Q: Any advice or tips for future Mrs.?
Take your time, we got engaged in 2017 and planned for the two years leading up to our wedding. We budgeted better that way and we’re able to add some extras when needed at the last minute.
Q: What was the inspiration behind your wedding theme?
My husband actually mentioned a rustic theme when we started looking for inspiration online & we seriously got so lucky when we found our venue on Yelp. It was a hidden gem, literally it’s nestled away in a neighborhood between our families and was totally meant to be.
Q: Tell us your love story! Where & How did he propose?
Tommy and I met on Facebook because of mutual friends. Modern day love story. He added me, liked some pictures and then messaged me and the rest is history. To say it’s been perfect is a lie. We have ups and downs just as everyone does but we work at it, everyday and we choose to love eachother, every day.
Q: How would you define the message “Dare to Love”?
Take a chance, you have to take risks and do stuff you wouldn’t normally do. You have to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. I never added anyone to social media I didn’t personally know, Tommy’s friend request sat in my inbox for a week before I finally accepted & if I hadn’t, I wouldn’t be here writing this while laying next to the love of my life.
Q: What was the best/most memorable part of the day?
Honestly the whole day was awesome, amazing, perfect, there are just so many words to describe how great the day was. The 10 min we decided to do the partial first look with him blind folded and I not made me so much more excited to walk down the aisle to him.
Q: Where did you hear/find CocoMelody?
Instagram! I had actually bought a dress exactly a year before my wedding from a chain dress store and once I found it on IG I instantly regretted it.
Q: What did you love most about your #CocoMelody dress (es)?
My wedding dress looked like it cost me twice as much as it did. It was comfortable with a built in bra strap and it hugged my curves in all the right places.
Q: What do you think about CocoMelody and the customer service?
CocoMelody is a great company, quick turnaround time, all associates that helped me were friendly and I loved that I added on the alterations package which took so much stress off of me the weeks leading up to the wedding making sure my dress was the perfect fit.
