Ian & Mariah tied the knot in Stockton Lake, Missouri. This couple just took ‘hot’ to a whole new level at their outdoor lake wedding. Even after all the heat and humidity they were still looking so gorgeous. Congratulations to this lovely couple and wish them a life-time of happiness!

Q: Any advice or tips for future Mrs.?
Make sure you don’t let anyone tell you how you want your wedding. Make sure it’s what you want for your special day!
Q: How did you meet? And where did he propose?
We met through church and he proposed at a brand new expensive steak house called: The Crossing.
Q: What was the inspiration behind your wedding theme?
I wanted something beautiful so I went with elegant.
Q: Did you enjoy the wedding planning process? Why or why not?
Yes and No. I had a destination wedding. Me and my Husband lived in one state, and our families each lived in other states. It was also hard to plan because of family issues that went along with the wedding so I had planned almost all of it by myself and didn’t get to do a lot of what most brides get to do.
Q: What was the best/most memorable part of the day?
The most memorable moments I had was when Ian accidentally said “I do” a little too soon. We all had a laugh at that one. My mother in law accidentally threw the ring box across the pavilion floor which was a huge laugh! Also just seeing how happy Ian was that day and how he made sure everything was good and alright. From holding my bouquet and dress up, to getting me food and making sure I was okay that whole day.
Q: What did you love most about your #Cocomelody dress?
I loved the sparkle on it, the way it fit me, the style, I just loved the wedding dress! I liked how I found a wedding dress I fell in love with at a store and couldn’t get. Then finding one I loved on Cocomelody to replace that dress, it made me happy. It was coming down to crunch time and I found something I loved enough to walk down the aisle with.
Q: What do you think about Cocomelody and the customer service?
I liked it, Cocomelody kept me updated on my purchase and I like how they want to know about my wedding and how the dress made it a perfect day.
