It’s really no surprise you would choose to travel over 500 miles for a view like this on your wedding day! We love everything elopements and Samantha & Grey’s day was no different. They had a small, intimate affair in Grand Teton National Park//Lunch Tree Hill with only the closest of family and friends. Samantha hand designed their florals and Grey’s ring was a piece of wood with inlaid metal – much lighter than traditional rings! Congratulations to these two lovebrids and check their breathtaking wedding pics below!

Q: Any advice or tips for future Mrs.?
On the big day, listen to your gut feelings and don’t let others manipulation your opinions.
Q: Tell us your love story! Where & How did he propose?
Fourth of July 2012. I had some time to kill before I was going down to meet my dad and called a friend who was at the pool with friends. I stopped by and [he] opened the store, within that split second I knew that I would be marrying this man. We got to know each other all day and night… needless to say I never made it to hanging out with my dad. He gave me his number, but I wrote it down wrong, a few weeks later he asked my friend for mine and its history since then.
Q: How would you define the message “Dare to Love”?
Well, I was actually in a relationship when I met my husband, it was with someone I thought I like but never fully saw myself with him. I ended things with him to give things with Grey a chance. If I didn’t do that I wouldn’t be where I am today. So, if you don’t dare to love, you may be missing out of the rest of your life.
Q: What was the inspiration behind your wedding theme?
Well we both have a love for camping, and being in the woods. We even gave up our downtown lifestyle to move to the mountains recently. So it wasn’t hard to figure out it needed to be outside. We also vacation always in September for the fall colors, there’s just something about the sereneness of being in the middle of an aspen grove and listening to the wind blow through the leaves.
Q: Did you enjoy the wedding planning process? Why or why not?
Yes and no, I was planning for a place that I had only driven past briefly on a road trip. So it was challenging to pick a spot. However, planning is just something I love to do for some reason so I had fun putting all the little details together.
Q: What was the best/most memorable part of the day?
When we were taking pictures Grey told the photographer to let me had one alone in the aspen trees, and when the wind was blowing he told them “That’s Samantha’s favorite sound”. It was just a small detail that he paid attention to that made me burst with love for him all over again.
Q: What did you love most about your #Cocomelody dress?
OMG! IT WAS SO FUN! My wedding dress was very flowy, and fit my personality perfectly.
Q: What do you think about Cocomelody and the customer service?
Excellent! I had a hard time with measurements and Cocomelody made sure to double and triple check to make sure it was perfect.
