Q: Any advice or tips for future Mrs.?
To definitely take 5 minutes at the reception with your husband to take in everything you’ve both achieved for your special day!
Q: Tell us your love story! Where & How did he propose?
We met in high school in 2009, but didn’t get together until 2015. We have a beautiful 3 year old daughter now. He proposed to me on July 15th 2017 with one of our daughter’s toy rings as he wanted me to pick one out. It was very cute.
Q: How would you define the message “Dare to Love”?
We faced many hurdles at the start of our relationship but our love for each other was stronger than all of it. Love is one of the strongest things you’ll ever have in your life. So don’t be afraid to let it show.
Q: Did you have a particular theme or color scheme? Is there a story behind this color theme and why you chose it?
We chose the colour coral (as pictured on our bridesmaids) ever since I was little I just loved this colour but did nearly change to a purple. So glad I followed my gut with it because it just looked stunning!
Q: Did you enjoy the wedding planning process? Why or why not?
We got married through a business called Elope or Wed with a twist and it is the most stress free and fun way to do a wedding. We got the final say on everything but literally only had to organize our outfits.
Q: What was the best/most memorable part of the day?
All of it! But if I had to choose one moment it would have to be our first dance. Everything we had felt all day hit us and it just made our dance so much more personal.
Q: Why did you choose Cocomelody for your bridesmaids?
I fell in love with the bridesmaid dress they wore and when I seen it came in the dream colour I had pictured for them, it wasn’t a hard decision to make.
Q: What did you love most about your #Cocomelody dress?
At night time, the gorgeous train and the sequins through the skirting which just lit up with the lights, and the wedding dress looks so glittery.
